The Establishment 27' Class C Motorhome 1979 we went from Calif, to Texas and back, at every big city we stoped to fule up , i just kept filling it to the top, $50. or so but I had two 5 gal tanks filled just in case.

i'm working on a 1984 ESTABLISHMENT 27,CLASS MOTORHOME,,
i can not locate the 110-12 volt selector switch. i've looked all over including where the owner's manual indicates on the side of the dinette seat,olso under the goucho seat and nothing,, if you also have the wire schamatic pls email it to me, or tell me where i can buy it or get it ,,,,....

The original tank is about 40 gal. I figure 7 mph x 40 = 240 miles However, I fill every 180 miles just to be sure. I also have a 20 gal. add on tank which I keep filled always.

Hi we have a 27 foot 85 establishment motorhome and the heater does not seem to blow any warm air. it comes on but blows cold air. Where is the heating unit to be able to look at it or to light the pilot light. Did anyone locate a manual?

All: I worked for this company from 1975-1980 they were a great group of folks. The Co-owner of the company was the gentleman the who owned Galpin Ford in the San Fernando Valley (Roscoe Blvd at the 405 Fwy). They had a service center at that location and were very customer freindly. They possibly would have some of the informtion you are looking for as to specs and diagrams. I am not sure if their RV service center is still open or not but, it is a place to start.

We have the same problem as you with our Establishment.
We are on a trip with the Motorhome and are experiencing the same problem with the fuel gauge. We filled with 26 gallons, I hope that helps. We are having another problem we lost our electric power. If there is a fuse box where would that be if we can change the fuse or reset a breaker. Can you help us please.

I recently purchased a 1984 Class C 27' "The Establishment" Motorhome with a Ford E-350 cab and 460 CID Engine. This was manufactured by McPheeters Machine Products, who ceased to exhist in 1988. It's loaded with options. What I need to know is the size (in gallons) of my single fuel tank. At the moment the fuel gauge is inoperative, and if I knew the tank size, I'd feel a little more secure on how many miles to travel befor stopping for gas.
