Be financially responsible when buying an RV like Leisurecraft, Pleasureway or Rooadtek
In determining a price it would be prudent to follow industry recommendations, as below, for buying an RV.
http://www.rversonline.org/ArtNewUsed.html
DEPRECIATION - Starting with MSRP the depreciation is 30% driving it off the lot, another 10% at the end of the first year, and 6% for each year following. We all know that no one pays MSRP for a new coach with typical discounts of 15 to 25% depending on the model.

Hi- We spent time in both van's- the Pleasureway vans seem more open and the fit and finish seems a bit better. We'll be getting one in a year or two when we retire.
We are the touring type, so a van is the best for us. We still may check out GTRV in Vancouver too (garageability).

We own a PW and have no problem with sway. There is a small adjustment that can be made to the steering box, as each one is different and it has to be driven to see if it requires adjustment.
As to 4 seats, it might be nice if you want passengers with you, but the PW does have seat belts in the back but only sleeps two.
We feel Road Trek has a terrible bathroom set-up and prefer the wide body of the PW. So it is entirely what you prefer. We took ours to Alaska from BC and just came back from New Mexico, USA.

We are in the market for a new Mercedes Sprinter Camper Van.
Two manufacturers interest us, Roadtrek and Plesureway.
Not much difference in price, but Roadtrek has a 4 captain seat option that pleasureway does not have.
I sure would like some input from Roadtrek owners or pleasureway owners on their new rigs.
Awesome website this motorhome.com
